As a former chef it is hard to find sandwich bread or any other white bread shy of french, Italian or Ciabatta without some kind of fat in it, European bread tend to have butter or not fat, try rye bread it has less, but now adays they use mostly veg shortening, made from canola, soyabean, safflower or other oils even some palm and coconut oils.

If your allergic, try rice bread or as I said rye, bread, slice Italian loafs or stick types, get one made in the stores bakery and have them slice it for you
