What is the difference between an American Woodcock, a Yellow Belly Sapsucker, and a Downy Woodpecker?
Please tell what the differences are, and is the Downy woodpecker and American Woodcock the same thing? Thanks!

A woodcock is very different than a Downy Woodpecker or a sapsucker. A sapsucker is basically a type of woodpecker while a woodcock is in a completely different family. See below:
