artwork ??!!?
i forgot what was the artist who did that creepy artwork
it was on the album cover for system of a down (maybe it isn’t that band) or some other band
he had like a women eating a red lollipop rose, a boy standing with umbrella and frogs falling from sky’s , and a women cutting her long ribbon tongue etc..
im talking about artworkkkkk
the artwork was also an album for some banddddd

Sounds more like "Black Hole Sun" from Soundgarden but that was a clip and not an album cover.

The clip was directed by Howard Greenhalgh, produced by Megan Hollister for Why Not Films (London), shot by Ivan Bartos, and features post production work by 525 Post Production (Hollywood) and Soho 601 Effects (London).

Have a look on iTunes – if you put in System of a Down it will list all the albums available to buy, along with pics of the album covers. You don’t have to register with them as far as I know.
