Make sure you use sunscreen next time, for your skin health. It’s so easy to forget about the possibility of skin cancer. Take care of yourself.

Couple of things…of course aloe vera, a vinegar sponge bath, or ice yourself down as long as you can stand it. I did this as a lifeguard and the aloe works, but the best is the vinegar. Use a sponge or wash towel. Of course it’s only temporary and time will remove it.

I got a wicked sunburn today any suggestions on miracle cures
And I’m also afraid to take a shower because it hurts so bad already..ideas?
