to create a table use <TABLE> then to add a row you put in <TR> then put <TD>put the link and then put </TD> then you can </TR></TABLE> to close or add another <TR> for another row

Consider using a free website software like wordpress (wordpress.org) or drupal.
both of those allow for creation of categories.
