I’ve been trying to get some close-up footage of our local foxes. On Friday I set up a minicam, connected to a DV camera, and sat up all night waiting for the fox to turn up so I could press the ‘record’ button at the crucial moment. Needless to say, the fox didn’t show up!
Not to be outdone, I downloaded a motion sensing cctv app for the mac, and left the laptop watching over my bait.

was this a right thing to do, or should i have minded my own business?
i was at this restaurant, and i had this waitress that was being hit on by this group of guys. the waitress looked like she was in her late 20s, and the group of guys looked like they were in their late teens. anyways, they were hitting on her, saying inappropriate things, and they were touching her etc. she looked really uncomfortable, and kept telling them to ‘cool it’, but they persisted.
long story short, my friends and i stuck up for her, called her over to our table and asked her if she was alright, and told her to tell the manager. i’m not sure if she did, but my friends and i did though. we saw the manager talk to her, and she kept looking over at me shooting me dirty looks.
so my question is, was that the right thing to do, or should i have minded my own business? there were other people in the restaurant that noticed and were uncomfortable about it too.
thanks, tim yu (:
thank you all (:
